BY ROBYNBLAIR

Collectible candy art from Miami, presented like the art it is.

BY ROBYNBLAIR is Robyn Blair's studio of acrylic candy dishes, gumball sculptures, fine art prints and wallpaper. ELYSIAN runs the digital side of the business: the Shopify storefront, product imagery, the Klaviyo email program, sales channels, and the reporting behind them.

Shopify storefront

A storefront that feels like the studio

We rebuilt the parts of the theme shoppers touch most, so a playful, candy-bright brand reads as collectible art from the first click.

Navigation

Desktop dropdowns and the phone menu now lead with imagery: product tiles, hover previews, an editorial index and the brand's pastel candy stripe.

The Originals

A homepage section for Robyn's two signature pieces. Pick a gumball flavor and the sculpture, price and link change with it. Hover the Joy Vault and the "break glass" pane cracks away to reveal the piece. A commission inquiry form sits right below.

Brand pages

Our Story, F.A.Q., Press and Contact were redesigned to read as premium. Contact gained a Partnerships & Collabs tab, and footer links like Commissions open it with the right topic already chosen.

Accessibility

A new accessibility page states the standard the site is working toward, what's built in, and what's still being improved, with a direct way to ask for help.

Answers on the page

Dimensions now show on every candy case and sculpture page, so shoppers don't have to email to ask how big a piece is.

Small moments of delight

On desktop, candy dish cards tilt gently under the cursor so the acrylic catches the light, like the dishes at the top of this page.

Product imagery

Photos that sell the object

Consistent, accurate product images across hundreds of listings, without a new photo shoot.

Tulip Lane Cream candy dish as a pure-white cutout Tulip Lane Cream candy dish on the original grey studio backdrop BeforeAfter

Candy dishes on pure white

Thirty-seven dishes had been shot on a flat grey backdrop that made the acrylic look heavy. Each now leads with a pure-white cutout that matches the brand's best original photos.

The dish itself isn't retouched, and the original shots stay in the gallery behind it.

Drag across the photo to compare.

Sunset Bloom Pink print with a white frame

The photo follows the frame

On many fine art prints, choosing a frame didn't change the photo, so shoppers couldn't see what they were buying. We attached the right photo to every frame option across 59 prints.

Try it. This is how the product page behaves now.

Wallpaper in a real room

Eight patterns only showed a flat swatch. We placed each one in the room scene the store already used, matching its light and shadow and keeping the pattern at a believable scale.

Custom shopping tools

Tools that answer "how will it look?"

Art and wallpaper are easier to buy when shoppers can see them in their own space. We built three tools straight into the product pages, with no extra apps.

The custom fine art print builder: a live preview of a framed print with the words In Case of Emergency Break Glass, next to a grid of prints to choose from

Custom fine art print builder

Shoppers pick one of Robyn's prints, add their own words, and choose letter color, frame and size while a live preview updates. The builder suggests white or black letters for each print, balances the lines, and creates a shareable design link.

A homepage teaser lets visitors type a phrase and jump into the builder with it already filled in.

See it on your wall

A to-scale room view on every fine art print. Changing size or frame inside the view updates the real selection on the page: price, photo and cart.

Plan your wall

On every wallpaper listing, shoppers enter their wall size, see it drawn to scale with each roll marked, and add the right number of rolls to the cart. Walls taller than the longest roll get a "Get in touch" link instead.

A working sketch of the roll math. The live version also shows the pattern at true scale, the price, and an add-to-cart button.

Klaviyo email program

An email program built around the collector

We rebuilt the brand's automated email in Klaviyo and designed every message in BY ROBYNBLAIR's voice, down to the "in case of emergency: break glass" sign-off.

The Sweet List sign-up pop-up over the BY ROBYNBLAIR homepage, with a candy photo and a Join the Sweet List button

A sign-up worth joining

A three-step pop-up: email, then an optional birthday, then a welcome. There's no sign-up discount. The hook is first access to new pieces and a birthday treat, which keeps the focus on the art.

It's planned as an A/B test against the existing pop-up, so the brand keeps whichever one signs up more people.

A switchover with no gaps

A step-by-step migration that turns each Klaviyo flow on before the matching Shopify email is turned off, in the same sitting, so no shopper gets two emails or none. Order and shipping notices stay in Shopify.

Personal where it counts

The unfinished-checkout series leads with reassurance and help rather than a discount, and high-value carts get a personal note from Robyn.

A weekly template the team can use

A campaign template with a locked header and footer and a drag-and-drop middle, so the team can send polished emails without a designer.

Campaigns on the brand's calendar

Campaign kits and content calendars planned around the brand's own collections and seasons rather than generic retail holidays.

Tracked from the first send

Every email is set up with link tracking, so sales from email show up by campaign in Shopify's reports.

Clear for the founder

A plain-language overview of every automated email, with its timing, subject line and a preview, so Robyn knows exactly what her customers receive.

Sales channels and partners

Selling beyond the website

The same products, presented well wherever collectors and retail partners find them.

Shop app storefront

BY ROBYNBLAIR's storefront inside Shop, Shopify's shopping app: header and slogan, pinned collections, store details and product page layouts, all in the brand's voice.

Wholesale through Shopify Collective

The brand supplies a boutique retailer through Shopify Collective. For a retailer exclusive, we created the new size as its own product on that retailer's private price list, so it reaches only them and never appears on byrobynblair.com.

Measurement and operations

Knowing what works, and keeping the catalog clean

The unglamorous work that makes every other decision easier.

Instagram link tracking

A naming system and a simple link builder for the founder, so every bio, story and DM link shows up in Shopify's reports by campaign.

Performance reviews

A 30-day review of traffic, checkout and sales, with a short list of next moves in priority order, written for the founder rather than for analysts.

Customer service evaluation

An evaluation of Gorgias for customer questions, with a recommended plan and a list of site fixes, from size guides to lead times, to make before any AI answers customers.

Catalog clean-up

A full pass through the catalog: product templates, product types, hidden duplicates kept out of search, redirects for renamed links, and faster photo switching when shoppers change options.

How we work

Careful with a live store

We work directly in the brand's Shopify and Klaviyo accounts, so the process matters as much as the output.

Approved first

The founder sees mockups or a click-through approval page before anything goes live.

Easy to undo

Changes come with rollback notes: the previous template or setting, and how to restore it.

Checked live

After a change ships, we check it on the real site as a shopper would, on desktop and phone.

Plain language

Plans and reports are written so the brand can decide quickly, without a glossary.

See the work in place

The storefront, imagery and shopping tools are live on byrobynblair.com. Open a candy dish, a fine art print or a wallpaper to try them yourself.
